1/2 cup buffalo sauce
4 pieces naan bread
2 cups shredded pepper jack cheese
1/2 (24 ounce) Bag Soules Kitchen Buffalo Style Popcorn Chicken, thawed and halved
1/4 cup ranch dressing, plus more for serving
1/2 small red onion, sliced thin
2 green onions, sliced thin
2 small stalks celery, sliced, optional
1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese, optional
Preheat oven at 350°F and line two rimmed baking sheets with parchment paper. Spread a thin layer of buffalo sauce over each naan leaving 1/2-inch border. Top with cheese and chicken bites. Place onto prepared baking sheet.
Bake until chicken bites are fully heated through and naan is light golden-brown, about 10 to 15 minutes.
Top with ranch dressing, red onion and green onion. Serve with ranch dressing, celery sticks and blue cheese.
