12 ounces Soules Kitchen Homestyle Chicken Tenders, frozen
1 (8-ounce) bag coleslaw mix
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
3 tablespoons hot honey
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
4 cups mashed potatoes, kept hot
1/2 cup dill pickle chips
1 tablespoon minced fresh chives
Preheat oven to 375°F. Place chicken in even layer on rimmed baking sheet. Bake, flipping halfway through, until fully heated through, about 15 to 17 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix coleslaw, mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper together in large bowl until combined. Set aside for serving with chicken.
Combine butter, honey and crushed red pepper flakes together in small bowl.
Spread butter mixture over cooked chicken. Serve with coleslaw mixture, mashed potatoes and pickles. Top with chives and enjoy.
