1-16oz Bag Soules Kitchen Chicken Fajitas
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Tbsp Chipotle Sauce
2 cups Diced Tomatoes
1⁄2 Cup White Onion, diced
1 Tbsp Cilantro, chopped
2 Tbsp Lime Juice
1⁄2 tsp salt and pepper
12 Corn Tortillas
8 oz Queso Fresco cheese
Tip: Packaged chopped onions and diced tomatoes can usually be found in the produce aisle of your local grocer.
In a large skillet on medium heat, warm 2 Tbsp of olive oil, then add the Chipotle sauce, salt, pepper, and 1 Tbsp lime juice.
Stir well and begin to simmer.
As soon as the mixture is bubbling, add the Chicken Fajitas.
Simmer uncovered for about 5 minutes until the chicken is warm.
Combine and mix in a bowl diced tomatoes, diced onions, cilantro, and remaining lime juice.
Build your taco by filling with your chipotle chicken, salsa, and queso fresco.
Tip: Brush tortillas with olive oil and warm in the oven to level up your tacos.
