16 ounces rotini pasta, cooked
16 ounces Soules Kitchen Oven Roasted Chicken, thawed
3 cups chopped broccoli florets
1 medium red onion, chopped, or 1 cup packaged chopped red onions
2 cups shredded white cheddar cheese
1 cup ranch dressing
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Combine pasta, chicken, broccoli, onion and cheese in large serving bowl.
Pour ranch dressing over pasta mixture and season with salt and pepper. Toss gently to coat.
Cover and refrigerate at least 20 minutes to develop flavors. Before serving, toss and garnish with parsley.
